Engineering

From Coke Oven Batteries to Coke Oven Machines each solution is custom-designed using advanced CAD, FEM/FEA, and thermal simulation tools to meet the unique operational demands of our clients.

Manufacturing

Each HuDe machine is expertly manufactured through centralized production in Germany, supported by carefully selected global partners working under HuDe’s strict oversight. Our advanced infrastructure enables:

  • Precision manufacturing of complex mechanical assemblies such as Coal Stamping Machines, Side Charging Tools, Pushing Rams, Door Tools, and Pivoted Bogies.
  • Use of high-performance, heat-resistant materials to ensure durability under extreme coke oven conditions.
  • Rigorous in-house quality control, including dimensional verification, weld integrity checks, pressure testing, and mechanical assembly inspections.

Supply

Our logistics system is designed for just-in-time delivery, providing fully or largely preassembled modules to enable fast site mobilization and minimize on-site assembly.

  • Key equipment such as stamping machines, loco cars, and charging cars are delivered in transport-optimized subassemblies.
  • Pre-installed cabling, hydraulic systems, and control components significantly reduce commissioning time.
  • All shipments comply with international standards for packaging, customs clearance, and transport safety.

Erection & Commissioning

HuDe system installation and commissioning are performed by a dedicated team of skilled engineers and technicians with extensive international experience.

  • Supervision of key processes such as Machine track alignment, installation oversight, trial runs, and production monitoring under hot conditions.
  • Complete commissioning of coal stamping systems, emission control solutions, and drive automation.
  • Operator training, transfer of documentation, safety validation, and ramp-up support to ensure optimal performance from day one.
